Tugger Forklifts
Tuggers are engineered to tow carts for batch order picking and horizontal transport. In manufacturing, tugger and cart systems replace one-load-at-a-time deliveries by forklifts to the production floor by acting as trains, or a linked series of multiple carts, carrying multiple loads in one trip. The forklift may load by the carts themselves but tuggers handle the deliveries. This system improves production speeds and workload capacities during operations.
